Sew you need to bring it with you?

So, do I mention the fact that I haven't posted on here since, oh, 2011? Or do I just dive in and talk about my quick little sewing project? Sewing project it is!

I received the book Zakka Style in the mail a couple of months ago. I fell in love with the simple sewing style, but couldn't find the time to sew. Then, the sew along. I don't know what it is about a sew along, but I suddenly find the motivation to finish a project. This was fun, and what a wonderful gift idea! zzzzcvbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb says Carly Jean.
