I am drawn to patterns that I can finish in an afternoon or so...With three kids and a husband that spends pretty much all his free time finishing the house we started building a year ago, I find it difficult to sit and sew. I usually wait until the kids are in bed, the dog has been walked, and my husband is in for the evening. We're talking ten at night most times! But it gives me something to look forward to during the day.
This cute little potholder was fun and easy! I want to make a lot more, but my sewing ADD wants me to try something new. Again. I do think I'll make several for my new kitchen. And my friends kitchens as well.
